Well logically there going to be more bad debts, trying to solve the credit problems with more credit is just insane.

Here in the UK, it's tempting to go Bankrupt house is -£30K, stick a finger upto the bank and in 3year+ time buy another house for 1/2 the price

Which is the boat everyones in to be honest.

Taken out that 4hour it's reversed off countless damn times on me today.

IF Taken out proper although over JUST it puts a return to 1.3100 on the cards.

if the guy get more than 80% inaccuracy, then I get a reverse indicator to trade off for money. the recent one is 'recovery is near'.

this means disaster may not be so bad, they can create chances for illusions to be different with reality. so we can arbitrage for the correction.

then free market is working... when banks need to loan money standards will be lowered.banks make money by loaning money mostly... sellers will have to lower price or keep their house.. its only worth what you can sell it for..on any given day.. this is how market is supposed to work.. bank makes to many bad loans and it fails.. someone else will take over put up a new sign ect..

Thats how it's supposed to work, but no the governments stepped in given them a few Trillion $$$'s and bailed them all out to keep public confidence and encourage more lending.


Closing out the Euro for a small profit, and calling it a day, chalking it upto experience again.

It seems, when I just jump into a trade I do fine, when I set a day aside to trade I force the trades and get slaughtered hmmmmmmmm.

try setting trade up an undetermened time frame away *L* last spike on gu put me in a trade short i placed 2 months before..

this is the best case... in our case new house constructors are mostly government owned institutes... in a sense of monopoly, they basically tells the price... so long as you want to buy new, it's almost a definite high price.

and 2nd hand house owners/citizen, looks to new house for price, each old citizen has multiple houses, so they are not in a hurry to sell, if no one offer high price they just rent it out and collect fees.
this means 2nd hand market also high price (high bid/ask spread) and low volume.

I guess in our case we need to force government to self clean & break out of profit link with real estate, or the monopoly is to continue and real market efficiency cannot be achieved... but then again problem is we're lack of business entrepreneurs, most people count on government to do social service. so if gov exit, maybe no one do it at all... housing is only one of the few things we tried to off-load from gov and let institutes do it, but again it runs inefficiently.

it's kind of hard problem to close the bid/ask gap, I'm painful to think about solutions of that... and there is no real estate price futures market that we can short the price to make profit. if there is one, I bet house price will land on ground.
