.... we can see the continuation of the drop until 1.2980 or 1.2940 are before some resistance or will start to go up from here.

I am with the first choice, but of course we can see some nice up moves on the way down, but my choice is short the rises.
If 1.2940 area do not hold, 1.27600 area we may see fast enough!

I closed some shorts at 1.3070 area, hopefully for me I was not live at 1.3111 break, if so I would close some there, but I did close some before go to bed at 1.3180 area.And then what happen, the drop. Hum! maybe it was me that was holding the price. That 21 Shorts open was too much for the market!
Now I have only 11 short trades open and only 3% exposure.
How I miss my other shorts!

1.2s are moving in to the shorter time frame S3 pivots.
I will not say the Total size of my accounts, but it is -2500USD.
So, I do not move Market, OK!!
The time I had +5000USD was the time I was not winning.
So, I prefer to win less than lost Big.
Only when I get doubled my account I will then put 50% more on it and reduce my average 3% MM to 2%.
Greediness can kill you!

That, it is hard to do. There are always several ways, but I tell always my Bias and my first choice.
Most important it is to follow the Bias, then MM and patient, even if you had enter sooner, if we are with the trend price always come to you.
Only TR can kill you and that do not occur so easily.
As long as the Economy will be so unsure and Capital Markets so instable, the USD will win this battle.
when we saw some big spikes at Euro, it is moved by speculators.
My Long Term view for 2009 and even 2010 it is to see USD Strengh.
Even if we go to 1.38 or above 1.40 again, my view it is to see below 1.20, so it is always time to short there, and buy some USD through Funds.
I have bought some USD funds some days ago, the risk is safer then Forex.

what happened again since 1.5hr ago to now?

dow futures rockets from 8070 to 8150...
so is ger/fran/england stocks...

is it just the better than expected EUR trade balance data?

it may mean nothing at all since the euro rise in March and that reflects it...
even if this means europe econ is recovering (with I think more of a money flow), why this boosts US stocks?
[edit: citi posts loss 15min ago, I think this is not what caused dow rocket 1.5hr ago..]

And at these times, worst.

There are a lot speculations, interpretations, and some ...ations more words.

The "Maxima" of sell when everyone is buying and buy and everyone is selling, psychologically it is hard to do, but it is true.

I have spotted the start of this Chaos, when I sell almost my Funds last 2/2008, I should closed sooner, some months before and I did not win some money because of that gap, but spotting that at the top when Dax was above 8000 points were been perfect, but that only for "Nostradamus".
I have 6% of my money at Funds in my Bank account, The worst it is at this time Agriculture Fund I have, but I am winning other with same amount with a Volatility Fund, this one win as long as we are in this Chaos.
But Agriculture are lost heavy "Thanks Mr. Jim Rogers"

This is the difference between trading Daily and trading looking beyond the sea level.

For scalping some 50/80 or 100 pips you can win it, but careful at this level.

Now I am flat for new positions.
Will close one more short below 1.3033 and other below 1.2980.
No Longs for me, in spite to be in these levels, only below 1.2700 I can close all shorts from one account to open some longs there.

Yes, I see 1.2733 as the next important S&R. Purely from observation of the Daily Chart.
I wish my pockets were deep enough to trade off higher time frames, maybe one day!
