I don't have a clue. I haven't quite gotten to the point where I plan possible decision points in the future and to be honest I've given up predicting the markets ages ago. It's all about letting the market tell you where it's heading. PA rules!

The daily bars are showing a short term bearish PA (2 lower highs and lows) with an approx. 25 days downward channel which shows no signs of breaking, yet! Because of this, logic tells me to sell on the peaks with the view...

You're right... Especially when it keeps dropping. Some of us are just simple that way. Got dropped on our heads when we were young, and you have to make allowance for that.

If you take a look at the gold price, one would think that EU must come down. Gold took a 2000 pip dive today and that means dollar strength.

I've been out of touch since 5pm here, so don't have a feel for the pA right now, but a quick gander looks like it's Not Going Down again...

I was going to say we'll proably see S1 again tonite, but it looks like it may hit it before I am able to enter this post.. ((ADD: Actually did hit while exchanging charts)) SWEET TAP!! But we all know pivots don't work either...))

Almost classic pivot action again off the Open, a short break off the central to a pivot, turn and make a dash for the other one, and then in this case collapsing to what is currently 10 pips from S1. Interesting...

I'd watch for a break North to M3... optimistic maybe, given this Bear strength, but methinks a revisit to the DP or nearby would be Fair Game. I'm letting existing shorts ride and watching as this thing keeps Not Dropping

But like I said, I'm out of Synch and not feeling the Rythm right now, might be the Guinnii.

anyone know why the volume on this pair is so high (according to the order book) in comparison to the rest of the market. Its got nothing to do with the USD. And there is no eur news out at the moment :S.. Wats going on?

Not trying to find the trend or predict the trend. But
Well, It is better long @ 3121 than shorting here. Looking back in to history we got bounce quite a bit here. I am paying my pips for 3190s or 3220s

I don't think it is the general case, they(brokers or big boys) will not play against their short since 1.37 unless there is profit taking spike that we need to see 1st for confirmation of reversal, so unless that happen always follow the trend and of course for those who short lock your profit and for those who long u better only scalp.

I think this is the moment when Trichet speak, if 1.31 is break we can go south in very rapid pace but careful of fake breakout. For those who longs can pray that there will be spike move up.

Got to thinking that sounds a little more optimistic than I actually feel about this pair.

I'm Bearish due to the "hammering" the lower s/r zone on the daily chart has been getting for a few days now and which I've already posted about elsewhere.

Any move back north while possible, is predicated on the frequency that I've watched it do that in the past... countless times during asia. posted on that as well so nothing new in any of that.

what's different about this move is that we're sitting dead on the brink of a couple hundred pip cliff and if it tilts over... something I'm anticipating at some point unless there is a Clear Failure of this lower s/r zone attack, then it could get up a head of steam and any "past pattern" moves are SOL.

this is a little clearer on the 8hr chart i ginned up which can be seen--> here

if we break and clear S1 firstly, and/or then 3090 secondly (a 30 pip zone), then I'm much inclined to think something i've been watching for, for a few days now could be imminent.. a transition zone move. then jaywalkers hat advice is the only thing you need to remember... except to yell watch out below...

1.35 before may and then all the way down to 1.25, i don't know when we will reach 1.25 yet.
