I think the idea is valid. In fact, the completion area co-incides with the 424% Fib. Ext. level off of the recent BB squeeze, which adds credibility. If this H & S formation completes, the PA will be in the low 1.2700s...... And if we zoom out on the chart, we can then see there is an area down there, important because it has acted in the past both as support and as resistance......a very likely target area.

Some will negate the idea of this as a possible H & S because it orginates at the conclusion of a descent rather than an ascent. However, the psychology of traders, that drives their trading to create a PA pattern like the H & S, in my opinion, is not so restricted in occurrance. Anyway, time will tell.....

I've tried geppy a few times, always seems to smack my arse, won't tell you how long I kept a position open on that one! Just don't seem to have the time at the moment to really immerse myself with getting to grips with another currency's gyrations...

Don't really trade the GBPUSD.

I think cable is better suited to intraday trading - difficult if you have to work lol.

Not sure about the bearish eng candle but the previous pin bar is interesting.

I'm also bearish but I think it'll go north a bit first.

I come back after 2 hours and the best you guys could push this down was 3110. I was expecting to see low 3000 by now. No wonder you are talking about the end of the world.

There is no volume. Very few of the big boy manipulators are around. Those that might be, are finding few pidgeons to bag.....or to put it another way, if they came to fleece the flock, they see that the flock is sparce and not worth the effort, so..........VERY LITTLE IS GOING ON.

Hi, i was a little astonished to hear people say that the eur usd was heading up yesterday afternoon. i believe some of them had valid reasons, but i m afraid that lots of newbie s got caught up by following the forums post in order to make their trading decision,

i m quite a newbie as well, but my observations are based on 1 year s demo trading with feedback from pro s, who i showed my setups and they where very positive about it that they even posted this on their website and are willing o help me with refining this strategy,

Watch the screenshot, and tell me your thoughts.

[FONT='Verdana','sans-serif']I highly recommend newbie s to use the MACD as an additional trading tool, with the rule: NEVER GO AGAINST A DIVERGENCE ![/font]

I m not going in detail about this, just make sure you understand what a divergence is, how it develops and how you can confirm that the divergence has happened and starts to kick in. pleas search on Google for this.

MACD settings: 12 26 9

P.s.: divergence can come from rsi or stoch as well, but macd is the best tool to start with as a newbie I think

Just remember that someone getting caught up following someone else's posts can't/will not last. Trading decisions must be yours and yours only.

This is not a comment about you but too many people want credit without responsibility. Some guy follows the call of someone on this forum, if he's making money, he's a good trader. But if he fails, it's someone else's fault. It happens all the time.

I'd rather be wrong on my own terms than be right on someone else's.

Hi jay walker, i totally agree with you, everybody is responsible for their own acts. and those who make this mistake will learn hard lessons over time, i m sorry fot not mentionning that in my previous post.
