I'm not sure what kinda gap we are going to have, but for an hourly/daily position I would go long. PA closed retesting M3; personally I see EUR/USD retesting 1.3700 by weeks end.

retail market closes at 5pm EST and opens 4pm EST so it is open now, your broker may not be open but market is and the moves already have closed "the gap" from close to open price retail market
