Same reasoning behind mine. But then the next candles wick went up a good bit..Then I remebered Flatops and tweezers are 2 candle patterns. ,, but always nice when a mistake works out, but it is still a mistake, and we will get taught a lesson sooner or later. Nice hammer forming.. and only 10 MInutes to go a enternity in forex trading.

wasn't a mistake for me, I've banked half and got it +3 now anyway so can't lose anything. Someone showed me that trade with the 1hr flat top at some point EDIT agoinst the resistance that is

I'm confused, why would you want the 4H to close within the channel if you were long? Or are you now short?

ah, I get it now, I think, you're looking for a close above the line in the middle, I didn't have the top trendline, so your middle line was the top of my channel.
