In the ellipse you marked, I can see an up candle followed by a doji,
If I see an upmove, I am expecting further upmoves, if this not happens, liwith signal of a doji, this could have been a signal for bulls weakening. But this is 4 h pattern, 4 h candles are not very reliable.

Hussin has explained a few month ago very good reliable pattern for 4 h chart, but only for usdjpy.

I am not a specialist in this question, but a daily candle is 24 h.
When it start, and when it ends, depends on your broker (where he is located). Sunday daily candle is very short for my broker (only 1 h) (example chart attached).

Hussin sayes long time ago,

=> daily candles are born on monday/tuesday, live till wednesday/thursday and die on friday.

So best trade daily candlestick pattern is tuesday till thursday. Avoid trading on sunday, monday and friday. I start trading monday beginning londen session, and I say to myself every friday: "I will not trade on friday"

We may say this shooting star has failed, if wee see a bullish candle above this shooting star closed.

Never let a winner turn ito a loser springs to mind....the hr4 was clear,with petrifying harami and a few sharp sell off from the top.i chose to weather it as I was thinking about the weekly,which looked bullish.

If todays candle holds against the base of yesterday It could still move up ....

the usdlfx looks interesting right now.

we're right at 1.9300 resistance right now, and I believe a close above it and we could go much higher.

on the daily, we can see we've been ranging between two bands. today's (yet to close) and yesterday's candles have long lower wicks, which would suggest buyers entering the market.

on the weekly so far, unless we get a major selloff tomorrow, could that be a tweezer bottom?

Good call daffy,were were consolidating waiting for a break and up was the direction giving a weekly Harami,I think considering the size of the fall.
Not a tweezer as the lows should match tho this it the weekly ,I would give some slack but not 30 pips.

Price tried to go lower but was rejected 4 times ,there def a tweezer there somewhere ,lol ,maybe all 4 on a daily??
Anyway you can have a tweezer by proxy as far as I am aware and 1 pip on a daily is good enough for me.

tony ....yes....i know Hussin only likes Daily only...but there were 5 fantastic set ups on the 4 hr Cable..+ the daily one as well...
Just patience really...4 winners ...1 loss..but still +ve overall

For GBPLFX, we are testing a trendline.

On the weekly, we have two indecision candles back to back. However, on the last 3 wicks, the lows have been getting higher, and for the last two weeks the highs have been getting higher. The red line marks a key resistance level, which I believe the range is between the low and the open of the 15/2 weekly candle. To add to the confusion, the last weekly candle closed between these two values.

On the daily, we saw downward movement for the last 3 days, but, could Friday's candle be a bullish hammer, and Wednesday and Thursday's formation be an inverted hammer?

On the 4H, we can see buyers entering the market at around the mark of the upward trendline. Of the highlighted candles, bears were able to pierce the trendline with more force compared to the last visit, circled in black. It appears that the bears certainly have more momemtum this time around compared to the last based on how the candles printed out, however, there seems to be sufficient momemtum to take us up for a bit. The candles aren't printing quite as bullish this time around, but then, we are at a higher price level.

I think we might initially retest the trendline before moving up, I'm not sure how far up we can move, perhaps up to the 16/2 high initially?

Thoughts?
