We are getting strong resistance at 3490 as well as support at 3440. Until any of those levels are broken with high volume, scalping for me between them.

Go experiment on a demo, that's what you should have done in the first place I think.

Hi everyone,

Have a look at the chart all that Bullflag talk is good and fine but now we have touched the 2x1 which indicates the run up is ended. My bias is short when 2x1 broken.
Will enter short at 1.3435 tp 1.3200 area sl 1.3519

Just read the last page here out of boredom (I'm up and there's no action). Can't say I understand the mostly bullish attitude here about mid-term. Looks pretty bearish to me. Should drop a few hundred pips before or if at all it attempts another real bull wave, though it could always rise 100 still before droping 400. Of course, I don't trade mid-term so to me personally it's irrelevant. Good luck to those who do

btw...chart does not show it but i have been short with half a position from 1.3460 for the past 9 hours. the reason i have not been showing it is because i was hoping for my stop loss to get hit (50pips) so i can enter with a full sized position for the run down as i see 1.3515 as strong resistance now. just some insight to my methods for tonight...

It will be interesting to see it price can break 1.3420..If so we'll be triggered to go to 1.3250..We'll see

My thoughts exactly,i have been short since 1.3580 and now i'm just adjusting trails..
Its all there on a bare daily chart.

Your charts are a little hard to see. From what I can see, your TLs looks good. They squeeze the range pretty good...How are you saving your charts? Also, why don't you take the grid off? You probably know this, but to make saving pics better, right click on your chart and select 'save as picture.' Then make sure you have 'active chart (as is)' selected. This will make your chart shots much better...

Here is one more fib fan I am watching. This one is already triggered to the south. We'll see what happens

Hi Trading801

LOL...."Negatively capitalized"...I like that description (though I wouldn't like being in that position).

I suggest that you learn how to trade properly, then practise on demo until you are comfortable with the trading platform, then quickly move to micro accounts (because you need to trade with real money...no matter how small....so that you have the "emotional" impact that comes with real trading).

And remember, you are about to learn a skill and experience that you can use where-ever and whenever you want, for the rest of your life.

So there is no need to rush. The most important lesson in trading is Patience.....waiting for the best opportunities to come to you.

You then use the prime benefits of this business (liquidity, leverage and rapid compounding) to maximise your returns.

i just print screen... i got vista... my conclution is south also...3285 first fib test for me...

I agree with Jacko here..If I may add...Don't turn trading into the thing that 'saves you.' When you come into trading in severe financial need, and don't have a good grasp on trading, you will shoot yourself in the foot; you'll loose the little money you do have. Desperation kills patience. Save the money you do have, and study study study, demo demo demo! When you are confident in your trading skills, then put your money on the line and grow it slowly...Eat rice and beans if you have to for now, but don't jump into this business unprepared!

Patience determines which trades to get into

The Stop Loss decision should be made BEFORE you enter the trade...so the only discipline is to make sure that you put it in place when you place your order

Fifthly the is a tendency for newbies to "PANIC" when the market goes a little against them This is due to:
1. Probably scared to lose money
2. Probably undercapitalised
3. New to industry....therefore probably uncertain about your own abilities
4. Unsure that the trend lines, 50% Fib line and "round numbers" are as reliable as they are in practice.
4. Probably inexperienced in business and investment from a practical aspect
5. Probably unsure who to talk to for guidance

There is a solution to all the above...... It is called "old age"........LOL
