and about the 50 pip gaps , nothing is irrelevant, everything that happens has a reason and tries to tell you something, if you get the message or not that is another question, but this is only my opinion of course

Nms, That comment was with a lighter tone.

Seriously, Yes. Even these kind of gaps get filled before we know. Look at 1.4700 spike for example.

Food for thought for medium / long term taders: If dollar is going to lose value, what we will gain? we can buy 1 euro for 1.365 usd today, after all this effort we will still be able to buy 1 euro when it will be 1.6000. So why to think in long-term scenario and hold long-term position?. If we want real gain, our account should grow more than usd devalues. That is where leverage plays its role.

Macd shows an oversold divergence.

And Bernanke is still running the presses printing money in such a fashion that it would put Mugabe to shame.

The US dollar is going to collapse to a level we have never seen before. US economy is practically a Ponzi scheme.

US has been borrowing money from the rest of the world to pay for their own consumptions. It has been operating in a huge account deficit for almost a decade and now all the debts are due. The US can't pay the debts so the only way to pay the debts to the creditors now is to print more money or sell more bonds to repay these debts. Foreign countries will not be interested anymore as their economic conditions was dragged down by the bad loans given to the US. Interest rates is at all time low and money supply will be increasing dramatically....US is going to face a Hyper-inflation (not high inflation) and the rest of the world will no longer be interested in buying US bonds and will start dumping US dollars.

Mark this post....watch the dollar for the rest of the year...it will make new lows we have never seen before.

Just my own perspective.

I don't know were you are from but obviously you don't know very much about the US and how it works here and about the role of the US in the rest of the world.

I entirely agree with that.

Well, Treasury bonds aren't even sold anymore. The Federal Reserve this week announced that they would inject money into the system by purchasing these bonds. They used to be something other countries would be interested in buying...but not anymore. So not only is money printed to pay back debts but it's printed to pay themselves as well.

It's a concept that has never ever worked. Hasn't worked for Weimar Germany, not for Zimbabwe and it will not work for the U.S.A.

T-minus 5 minutes before a contrarian tries to blow a hole in that theory.

Im not making an argument. Im telling what i see in the obvious state. The root of this recession is from overly spending economy. I don't make my statements up....the US is in a Deficit since 2001 that is why the dollar has been dropping since then till now. The recent half year rally that we see i assume is just a head fake and we will still be continuing the devaluation of the US dollar to a whole new level.

Im just an ordinary guy trying to seek for the bigger picture.

It's still to soon to say, but admirably there's the chance that demand for dollar increases, thus not allowing it to devaluate that much... on the other hand there will be an inflation problem.. leading to... err wait a minute, haven't we seen this before?

Using the same line of thinking to solve the problem that the same line of thinking created imho isn't that smart.
