I agree. I think this one is going down below the 3500 for now, after that, who the hell knows. We could probably spend all day here putting charts that show price is directed at every single direction in the chart.

Oh well, I guess it's what makes forex fascinating.

Save yourself alot of time and hassle and just flip a coin, really not alot in it.

Cutting your losses at say 50pips, while letting your winners go to 200+ pips is key to making this work.


It really is that easy, no need to make it more complicated.

There's a little more to it...

What size positions do you take?

Do you just leave one position in at a time, or do you add to it if price goes with or against you?

Do you trade the same way when price is ranging as you would if expecting a spike or drop?

The "It really is that easy" statement is a bit small.

1st If you were to against a strong trend 200 pips could be a tough objective.

2nd I agree don't over complicate anything but some complexity is a good idea. If a posistion is on the plus side you should never lose money on that trade. Adjust stops.

3rd Take profits (some) I may have a price target 200 pips away but I'll be darned if Im not going to lock in profits on 33% or 50% or even 75% of my posistioin should it get half way there. Let the rest run with an entry price stop.

Throw 1000 in a demo account and flip that coin, just "simply" manage the posistion once you have.

EUR professional traders only , for scalping EUR ( 50 - 100 times daily ) based on price action and momentum , what is the tightest reasonable stoploss if the spread is ( 2 pips ) , 4 pips stop is ok ?
