Looks like my 1.2875 buy won't be getting hit this week. I knew some news was coming to really shake things up, and I'll wager many were short based on the weaker sentiment. The break from the DOW may be in effect now, or perhaps, this move will end up like the USDCHF move when swiss announced similar market moving news. Take a look at that chart to see the potential of where this is heading.

Even despite having terrible analysis on this pair overall of late. Sometimes when you have longs and you let them ride through news. Good things happen. I don;t even know what a bear looks like anymore.

This is not normal. next up 136 then 140 at this rate should take about 30 minutes to hit.

Overall, I wouldn't be surprised if Price goes up 400-500 pips! I'll just wait for the retracement.

i remember maybe 1 more occasion that a pair moved 200 pips in a second.
and that was gbpjpy.

I used immediate diversification on many pairs that's why I managed to quick close all orders with profit. Just look at eurgbp

I for one decided to sit this one out. It's very tempting to short now with the current high.

For those with longs and are ecstatic with joy, I don't know how you guys do it, especially with holding on to your positions before such a major news event.

Look at it in another way, it could have easily went short and went down 200-300 pips against you, and your stops might not have even been triggered properly.

Yeah, I remember as such! I remember last year, G/J made some seriously, fast moves worth 500+ pip on a matter of moment. Then when you thought it was all over, it retraced back for another 400-500 pips.

It's crazy, now a days, it doesn't move like it use too!

I hope 95.65 holds for the daily low today on $/Y.

Look at the dailies if it does triple scissor bottom at 95.65 fot the $/Y.

If it holds that is.
