DislikedIs there any one out there who had any trouble with MB Navigator account balance at the start of this week ?. Trades that were taken last friday are not reflected in the MB Navigator total account balance although they appear on the statement report in their website !!. Customer support yesterday said they are aware of that issue because it happened to many customers and it will be fixed in the next few hours. Now we are in the next day and they still didnt fix anything !!. Customer support was recontacted teday beofre 4 hours and I am still...Ignored
This time on the "chat" support however, they did make a slight change to my "Account Value" within 5 minutes of my telling them, but it was still incorrect, so I contacted them again via "chat" and they said they are still working on it.
I'm going to hold off on trading until it's fixed, cuz from how our chat convo went, I got the impression that with new trades being added they can't get me up-to-date on Navigator.
Why this is, I don't know, because I was able to get what my "Account Value" should be by all the stats in my website account, and I was not in any trades at the time they made the first change to my Navigator, nor at present.
Anyway, for those experiencing this glitch, I would recommend you do the same. Hold off on trading until this is fixed and calculate what your "Account Value" should be via the website account, so that you are sure they credit your Navigator "Account Value" correctly.
Between this glitch and the "erroneous trade" glitches of late, I hope that things will become more stable soon, because this is not good.
