I have a short from 1.2545 still holding it and a long from 1.2945 target 1.3080

for the short it's long term trade even month
the long trade is for this week.. or i will close it any time if i see the trend can not hold more

here what i see or what i did
just wanted to share..

waiting for good point to enter short and hold it for long term

Keep this in mind as well. E/U hasnt had a new BUY signal for the last 31 hours !!

PA BUY signal that is. Im actually LONG on a support level.

I wouldn't want to say anything against the bulls, but if price can't break 1.2975 I don't think 1.3050 stands much of a chance. Just my opinion.

Edit: But I'm on the sidelines watching.

Good man, not many people have the gut to show their losing trade. Anyway, if you keep trading like this, there's no way you could make a living out of the market, mate.

Its the way I trade mate. i look at the big picture and its really does not matter if its went +500 the opposite side as long as MM is there
doing this for long now and not a single loss so far (its risky if the account is small) some trades went +1000 pips the other way and turned again for nice 500 pips on the account.

between this long term trade i do very short trades for 5 to 20 pips. sometimes more then 30 trades a day 5-20 pips and that account is growing..

i have 2 account with FXCM and FXDD

On this chart look at the last couple of breaks to the upside. In each it formed a bull flag and as it broke the upper bull flag trend line it ignored the previous high and moved 100 + pips higher.

A break of our current line which comes in at approx 1.3000 - 1.3010 could indeed move past 1.3070 the previous high.

Just some paint for thought.

Absolutely agreed. Actually, I see 1.2980 as the level to watch for an open in an hourly chart.

Bulls have retraced to "Fort 1.2930", but if this falls (and chances for it are growing without a good reaction above that 1.2975/1.2980 you mentioned) a clear short here is a must, TP 1.2870/1.2880.

If you are short here 1.2976 be carefull if it tops that last hourly candle

I shorted that failure. SL at BE+1 and calling it a day. I've been at this since Asia. Time for bed.

FWIW this pair is painfully short. To the point of potentially signalling this out as a trend rejoinment. I am triggered short all over this formation. So either my analysis is top over teakettle or she is going down.

Long term Target in the 1.24 to 1.22 region. from there 1.17 to .16 would like to bottom out near .07 .6 range very long term.

Also EY is at the top of it range and triggered heavily short as well targeting 106 region . Will track down to confirm a long the way

Me too at 1.2976. Took profit at 1.2952. In my opinion, the bulls are trying to resist and as long as "Fort 1.2930" is not broken, they are doing quite well on the hourly chart, so only if we break that 1.2930 will resume shorts with TP as referred above.

Took my shower and had to come back to take a look - BE+1 oh well. I still think it is short. I'll see what the morning brings.

I opened a long pos at 1.2960. early this morning. I closed half my posistion at 1.2971 the last time it was up here a few momnts ago, moved the remaining half to BE 1.2960.

Will let this half ride until it it either closed or much higher.

This posistioin had gone under water by almost 30 pips twice so locking in profit on half the trade is ok for me. GL

Been a strange week.

Have had to take a couple of very small profits.
