I think this proposal originated in the EU, our Finance Minister (I am from CZ and we have the EU presidency in first half of 2009) went there with a 100 bil USA, 100 bil EU proposal.

What do you guys think? We run down during Asian session ,and see a rally during London session? That is my ideal, so my thoughts may be biased.

I can't even do anything until my broker opens at six. Usually wouldn't have been an issue, but it would have been great to open at 5 for me today. I could have closed out all my shorts, and been in really good shape.

EUR-USD opened lower with gap. Still inside Friday's range. We have Fed Chair speaking at 7:00 ET and GBP Reports due at 8:01 ET, which should move market.

I believe we should fill opening gap before moving out of the range.

Friday we had a doji (indecision candle) on the DAILY chart. So news/reports should be watched closely to see how the market reacts.

I closed out a short that I was worried about thanks to the gap, so I am now waiting to see where the trend goes. All I know is that my account is safe until I see some evidence one way or the other.

While this hasn't happened every week, more often that not, in recent months the Eur has strengthened on Fridays and weakened on Sundays. So far we are half way there with Fridays PA.

1.2865 (thereabout) was friday's Pivot Point and a strong support.
It is today's S1 (thereabout) too. Uncanny.

I would prefer to be cautious - its too early to do anything. Remember some 3 weeks ago, it gapped down and followed by asian selling for another 100 pips drop. Those playing GAP Play were praying the whole week and into the next week to fill the gap...

If im going long, I'd buy around 1.2875 with SL @ 1.2750.
