4 Hour candle is a looong way away from closing but offers the potential for a VERY interesting short set up.

If current candle were to stay under the current day's high of 1.2805 it could go all the way down to the lower Bollinger, which is curving down.

I cant wait around for the candle to close I have an entry order to sell 1.2775.
Passholder, that was a helpful post. Very informative and credible. Might I ask what the settings on your Bollingers are?

...at 1.2787, last attempt at a short for me, until I can get a better "picture" on the behaviour of this pair.

I'm reminded of a time ~ 15 years ago while talking to a Commodity Fund Manager from Cali... We were getting ready to leave my office on a Northern Canada Wilderness fishing trip, but that's another story...

"Looks like a Bull Flag." I said.
he replied;
"Where's the Pole? How can you have a Flag if you have no Flag Pole? Carfull that you do not mistake a Channel for a Flag. They both have different meanings."

Flags and pennants can be categorized as continuation patterns. They usually represent only brief pauses in a dynamic market. They are typically seen right after a big, quick move. The market then usually takes off again in the same direction. Research has shown that these patterns are some of the most reliable continuation patterns.

Bullish flags are characterized by lower tops and lower bottoms, with the pattern slanting against the trend. But unlike wedges, their trendlines run parallel.

Bearish flags are comprised of higher tops and higher bottoms. "Bear" flags also have a tendency to slope against the trend. Their trendlines run parallel as well.

Pennants look very much like symmetrical triangles. But pennants are typically smaller in size (volatility) and duration.

(Volume generally contracts during the pause with an increase on the breakout.)

Short E/$ 1.2775.

1.2650 seems to be a number the pair likes to visit. I will adjust targets and stops if it heads that way. Currently I am stopless. I am not "Overinvested" as I tend to do sometimes so I am not concerned about any upward move against.

Going for a 6 mile run.

Price has become erratic in this days. For now i would like to see it gamblimg with under 1.27 zone in order to release shorts. A doble top can be in the cards also.

Thursday there will be a metting were the short selling will be discussed, it can triger massive sell-of on stocks, because no short selling means no liquidity to liquidation on longs and therefore no safety.

I do not trade this pair but as I look over other dollar majors look at the evening star the Cable is working on in the hourlies

He wears a bullet-proof vest to trial because of the death-threats walking to and from the courthouse.

You would think death-threats would be the last thing on his mind. He's gonna need that bullet-proof vest in jail. What he needs to do is, take that vest, strap it around his waste and turn it around. May be that will help him with the jail-house thrusting he's gonna recieve in prison.
