thanks..that fully clarified how your analysis differs from mine...while we use "channel walls" to define the outer limits of potential pa targets...you use "waves" to define each individual movement while i refer to them as strong horizontal supports/resistances.

The question now is...does your method have an edge...how do you know when 1.2705 is tapped (if that even happens)..we dont just simply break up? I kind of understand your wave analysis but even so...we have been ranging so much for so long..how do you know you havent identified the waves wrong or pa will not respect your observations?

09:10 EUR/USD: Euro Rally Running Out Of Steam? London, March 3rd. EUR/USD failed to retest the overnight 1.2676 highs, EUR/JPY has not managed to sustain the initial move into the 124s while EUR/CHF has dropped back below 1.4850. With the EUR seemingly struggling to sustain prior gains across the board it looks like the morning rally may finally be running out of steam. As a result, expect selling of the Euro to accelerate, with a spot drop back into the 1.25s now looking required to inspire further follow-through.
Elsewhere, according to the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development"s (the OECD) chief economist, Klaus Schmidt-Hebbel, the global economic downturn will be considerably deeper than most had expected and further "significant" rate cuts from the ECB and other central banks cannot be ruled out. Just closed a bunch of those short positions for some nice gains. Leaving one in and will add to short if we rise from here.
