It was a very good short term trade IMO which yielded over 60 pips and I would have taken it myself if I was'nt on my way to lunch...

I seen it, I took it n I bagged it..

Got stopped out a little shorter than I wanted, wasn't around when it hit 4049. puttin little guys car seat in Grannys car..

that would have been +65. would have ended my day nicely.

I don't feel silly not at all, everyone one of my trades EVER has been 100 pips or more EVERYONE.....I buy the dips and sell the rallies(according to the trend)........now that you have told me, I do not understand what I'm doing and I am silly is there anything else you have to say?

Everyone has their own style of trading. That's a given, but to come into a man's thread and tell him he's trading badly is just plain disrespectful.

If that's your way of posting then it's best suited for another thread. You're sounding an awful lot like Steelhead. Give it a rest!

Except there was a reason to go long, depending on your trading style. I saw it, a few on here saw it, and a few on the cable thread saw it and took it.

Some people like the big moves, and looking at hourly, four hourly or daily candles, while others prefer to look at smaller timeframes, it's all good as long as you're making pips.

I'm not saying that everyone should have taken that trade, but if that's your style, then it was there to be taken and pips were there to be made. I also would have entered there because I saw divergence on the 5/15 minute charts. It was also an interesting level where you would expect price action to occur, so doubly important.

Show me where I stated that you do not understand what you are doing... Though even if you do know what you are doing... it does not mean that everyone else does not. We trade low to high timeframes and get 100-200 pips (sometimes more) trades as well as 20 -50 (sometimes less)....that's our style...

OK, this shit has gone on long enough in MY thread. I'm finding it disrespectful and I don't appreciate it. It would be one thing if I was in your thread or even the cable thread, but as this is my thread and my money, I'll trade what I see and do as I please.

I see it as well! I also see we missed my 2nd TP by a few pips. I'm still long, but will be looking for the signs to go short or close out my longs.

I am here to learn...quite new in Forex (Sept '08)...I am a mother of 4 and my goal with this account is to fund a weight reduction surgery that my firstborn truly needs....a brilliant freshman in college who has ALWAYS battled with weight issues...Handsome young man too

Thanks....btw...this story is one of hope...believe me....I have almost doubled my account since I started trading live (November)...being VERY careful with money management issues....we're kicking a.. EO and always with a positive attitude...(my son studies in one of the best universities here in San Antonio, TX...and we won't have to pay a penny for four years due to the Honors program he got accepted to )....cool huh?????? I'm giving serious consideration to a short at the m15 35ma. There's also a trendline there to possibly bump off of. Any else see it that way?
