Broken which way? its broken upwards and downwards just in the last few minutes. Why is 1.2661 important? It seems not to be

It's important in my trading plan - many traders have their own levels. And remember - I'm a scalper so I often use not much visible res/sup lines.
First time I've heard of that !!
