I thought it was just the body that needed to be enclosed. Just double checked against a couple of sites, and they all make specific mention of the body being enclosed, rather than the high/low.

i know,and this is where i also MISUNDERSTAND ,i think perhaphs Hussin can clarify.......but i think he has gone back to the Lakes,with his friends and the drinks.......oh what a wonderful life !!
