I'm still with their support people. The thing is it would have triggered a long order for me had it been real which puts me in the red until such time as they fix it.

Go back a few pages, there are others that got taken by the bad feed. I guess they are fixing any positions that were taken as consequence.

FXCM had one a couple months ago. I had just removed a pending order which would have hurt. Another trader here got wiped out. I never heard back if he got it resolved. I had screen shots to send him to back him up. I learned: documentation and split your brokers (still have to do that
They told me to close the order that got triggered because of their screw up but I'm out the money I would have made on the short.

This sucks. They are supposedly open 24 hours/day but they can't handle shit until morning. So much for "24 hours".
They told me to close the order that got triggered because of their screw up but I'm out the money I would have made on the short.
