Bearish divergence on the 1h. Hitting the 61.8% fib and bouncing off is a good sign that it ran out of steam. I'd be on the short bus as well.

I think the asian session will be kind to the $...I am short @2840 after that pin bar on the 1H chart...don't really use them but figured I'd try - anyone regularly pay attention to pin bars??

Everything seems to point to a sharp drop. Guess the stocks might be the only thing keeping it at this level

hey byrd, where are you reffering to with the 61.8 fib, the previous swing low which then culminated in a swing high at the 1.382 extension?

and what are you using to find divergences?

I think we may have a little upside potential, not much, maybe a retest of yesterdays high @ 12990 or so. in which case, price would touch the dashed black line (800 sma) on my 1 hr chart. I am currently out of all trades.

I have a small short position at 2840. I'll take some off at 2780 and the rest at 2740. I'll close if the DeMark UTL is broken on the H1.

I should have been more precise with that. I was looking at the 4hr chart starting with the 1.29x high open on Sunday night to the 1.2662 swing low. It went a little past it but quickly retraced.

I agree with you. And I believe accumulation is present at the PPZ.
