I think a lot of times in a trading discussion room like this, people throwing out their opinions can cause other people to think the same way. Eventually, most people are convinced of one thing: whereby price action is gonna do the opposite.

I think there needs to be some more pessimists who challenge different reasonings, and the strength of those reasonings.

I was just looking on to that...

My probabilities are: If price breaks above the 38.2 Fib we may run up again.

Below 1.2720 as gator mentioned, we may resume down.

P.S - (Orange line in the middle of the 50-62 fibs is Trendline from October 28th 2008... )

when people give opiniuns i try to figure out why they could be wrong.. and put it out there.the reason being i want to trade with eyes wide open... sometimes everything said seems to be a good reason to listen to them and cant find a counter reason.. and the trade still goes wrong....best to just money manage.. always use the same amount of lots.. lower the amount of lots if you consider trade more risky...only risk 1% or 2% of account in a trade.. cut lossers and let winners run being aware of s/r... lock in some profit early...and move the rest of trade to be.. if its ment to be it will be.. you can always re-enter..

to more experienced traders, do u have some webpage or book or whatever that u think may help to learn more about trendlines and all that stuff, cuz by now all i've read is a few chapters about candlesticks and the rest i've learned from a friend, but i know that i need to study more.

on longer charts its just an area not an exact number.. you can get more precise by using smaller charts or fibs as the trade matures..go to a longer chart and each and every bend/crook/peak/valley represent a s/r of the past.. these are longer charts so they are major s/r.. the longer they spent at any time frame the more important they are.. you can plot them using your horizon lines... they are the actual places the pair stalled or met resistance..and more then likely will stall there in the future.. pairs have elephant memory...the smaller charts...
