So I didn't think we could trade the CNY. I thought the government had restrictions on it. When did this change. A couple years ago that would have been a great investment.

The U.S. government and the ECB are always pushing for the CNY to strengthen though. So that chart does not surprise me.

You'll get no argument from me about logic applied to the forex market. In a general sense, and over the long haul, perhaps PA responds to logic. My point is that the day to day PA gymnastics is more driven by manipulations coming out of the trade desks of banks and gigantic hedge funds. These PA gymnastics are often totally contrary to the aforementioned "logic". These PA gymnatics happen because they can be made to happen and because the players making it happen stand to clean up in the process.

Do you really think logic is at work when the PA drops 300 pips in less than 2 sessions, then rises 300 pips in a session, then drops and rises 300 pips in the next session! Come on now! Such logic would be deemed by all reasoning to be too fickle to be called logic!

Nice friday market rite, luckily able to hedge the sell position and add another buy position and close the sell. What matters end of day is a positive.

Anyone knows about DX and 6E chart and how it effect the E/U?

You are right, it did not. But expand your chart and quite another possibility appears.....

Now don't get all warm and fuzzy, but I see EU needing to clear resistance zone before looking long. Last week still had another lower low and Friday was only a gap closer/end of week/short squeeze rally. Unless of course it continues up.

so far there is no gap .. so i guess have to wait till closer to open.

All my indicators point to a move down Sunday / Monday, except for the bullish divergence on the daily, but that can take days before it has any effect.
I'm hoping for a pull back to 50% fib level @ 1.2719 at least.
