If I'm not in a position, I'm always watching for price when it heads to the 15m 50ema. I really like to take a trade in the opposite direction she came from when she gets to the 15m 50ema. Depending upon how long it's been since she's seen the 15m 50ema, I will play it off the price of wait for the candles to close. If I get a long candle that closes through the 15m 50ema by just a little bit, I will usually wait 20 pips...

It depends on the movement. It's a countertrend trade setup. Meaning, if she's been going long, I'll go short, if she's been going short, I'll go long.

I guess no one in the cable thread gave a shit about this, but I'm going to repost it here. This is an excellent setup and I will take it everytime. I set my SL 25 pips higher than the wick of the candle prior to my entry.

YUMMY!!!!

I wish I would have seen this formation. I would have taken the short when the current closing 1h candle opened.

Part 1 to this setup: Notice the full bodied candle in the red circle? This candle had a small wick and did not take out the prior 1h candles wick.

Part 2 to this setup: The next 1h candle circled in red and how it closed. Looks like a hangman to me. Time for a change in direction is what this is telling us. You will see this on any time frame and see what happens on the next candle.

This is a high percentage setup.

Nice one eo for the chart with the setup. Good to see that it is a usable setup on any TF as at that time I would be getting some serious zzzzzzzzz's!!

It is usable in any time frame, but you have to respect the upper time frames as usual. I played the exact same setup this morning on cable off the 15m chart and she paid me 150 pips with ZERO draw down. Then I reversed and went back long on her for an additional 60pips.

Off that Daily @ 4260, s/l @ +80...targeting 4100........to take half off.

Excellent trading brother! I waited for the turn of the day and 6pm EST to get in. Took it off the 15m chart at 4300. I would love to see lower than 4100. We'll both be dancing a jig then!

I see a pullback in our near future brother. I'm not sure how your holding this trade, but I'm covered green with my SL and I've hit my 1st TP at 4230. Next TP is 4175. If she crosses or closed nice on the 15m 50ema, I will add to my position and cover with about a 25 pip SL for another push south.

Got stopped out of this one, didn't get up this morning early enough....oh well.

Went short at 4337 this morning, took some profit, moved s/l @ +10 and see how she runs.

My 2nd TP was hit and the remaining position was closed out for +3. This made my quota for the week. YEAH!! I'm on the sides now, looking for a place to get in at. I'll post once I get in.

Does this look familiar? Notice the candles circled in red. Automatice go short on the next candle without question or fear. She yielded some nice pippage on this move.

Notice the candle circled in green. Automatice to long on the next candle. Why? I will always go back against the grain when she closes across the 15m 35sma/50ema with a tight SL around 25-30 pips. Once my entry candle closes, I move my SL to +3 and manage the trade.

I unfortunately did not get either one of these trades. But the setups were there and I hope many of you did.

Nice setup bro! My internet connection has been really poor since last night.. I only managed to get 1 trade in since yesterday....

Sorry to hear about the internet connection. I saw you were on and off last night during the Asian session. Figured you were having issues.

Does the govt. regulate the internet in Jamaica? If not, we might have a nice opportunity there.
