I am off to bed, this market is giving me a headache. I can't wait till my stop gets taken out @2600 so I can start looking at this market objectively again.

There is another option - make your trading a PI incorporated business on their SEC and TIN, put $10,000 in a local bank, and you qualify for a 1yr business visa. You also have to pay PI taxes and they do not have regulated banks the way the US does. If their bank goes under you are not insured by FDIC or anyone else.

FDIC Insurance doesn't mean much. Ask anyone who got screwed in the Indymac collapse.

daughter boyfreinds family own a bus company there.. i guess tour bus.. supposed to be the biggest on the island..

Ok, here we go. Just my view, trade at your own discretion.

Monthly shows we could see it go down to test the support level around 1.24. Confluence with Oct 08 lows around here, so we should see plenty of buyers lurking down there when (if) we get there. Looks like we could also form a triangle if Oct 08 lows are not taken out and we bounce. To satisfy ST, I have marked the UTL on that hideous spike before xmas and then the smack back down in Jan 09 {shakes head - not at ST }.

Weekly shows we have broken the down run from 1.60, price is trying very hard to get back in there though. Note that it is still failing to do so.

Daily shows we've broken the down trend from the 1.47 area, but like the weekly, it's trying very hard to get back in. Again, it is failing to do so.
There's also the falling wedge on the daily that has broken (unconvincingly to the downside). If it continues down, expect it to meet a heap of buyers around 1.24-1.23. Below 1.23 and I'm in for the short run to possibly make that lower low on the monthly.

1 and 4hr is also in a falling wedge, meaning sellers are drying up.

Technically, we should see a run up. Fundamentally, I don't care

Swissy (will post chart next) also confirms my bullish view of the EU. It's in a rising wedge on the daily, suggesting a break down.

Feb. 19 (Bloomberg) -- The euro rose against the dollar and the yen on speculation Germany and France may take action to help avert the deepening financial turmoil in central and eastern Europe.
The euro climbed to $1.2576 as at 9:49 a.m. in Tokyo from $1.2530 late in New York yesterday when it touched $1.2513, the lowest level since Nov. 21. The European currency rose to 117.91 yen from 117.50 yesterday.

In an expected move, the Bank of Japan left its overnight policy rate unchanged at 0.10%. Since late October the bank has cut it's target rate twice from 0.50%

might be early.. chf still has room to move up.eur still has lower room.... lots of w forming on other pairs also...we should know in 200 pips or so.. or if it cant break the trendline.. if it does make to oct lows may be a double bottom...and up till the last june trend was up, for years.. so actually the longest trend decades and years is up... thats 3 things that could turn it around.. another maybe more major is dollar index..which till today i didnt see the connection.. anyway it has a double top M forming.. meaning dollar weakness..any way i think im in at 2500 lightly and if it drops gonna add to it.. at least till proved wrong..
