i look at all timeframes....especially after december. i am mostly a scalper/intraday trader but having a long term perspective is key to know where we are headed next. note that so far that analysis has held up with a range of 500pips from high to low for this month when december and january had a range of 2000pips or more 2 weeks and a half into the month (correction that was december but january was still insane with well over 1000pips..this is the eur/usd were talking about not the geppy haha). i will admit...december was bad for me...not repeating that mistake again haha.

One has to really sense that "things" are really changing, have you guys noticed that lately it has been the Asian sessions that have been "calling the shots"?

In the past we were used to low volumes, rarely a breakout, just a follow through between Europe and US open. Lately, well you know...

It may just a be a coincidence, but it already made me switch my sleeping hours this week, for me it's tougher because sometimes I find myself trading @5 am (i'm GMT)

I guess there's something to be learned from this. I just hope i'm wrong.

Interesting news out of the CME with regard to trading Currency futures. Might be an avenue for those of you wanting to get away from the "bucket shops" bvut don't have the capital to trade the full contract.

Looks like that gap has been filled. The upper wick on the current months candle has covered it.
