Well, I do have another zone I keep hidden, it scares even me, but i think a couple posts from last summer have it back when acumen, suntrader, and me were tryin to scare the kids.

Concerning our simialr views, what can I say...? Great minds think alike.

Of course, like my wife always manages to insert... "So do morons." ((No offense to morons intended, you can hold the hatemail))

Got to say it is a bit curious that the Nikkei is only down fractionally -0.20% while the US index futures are all in a deeper decline -0.75%.

Turned this chart every whicha way but inside out... no bull in sight here. It takes consitent pressure to bend the BB like that on the current candle instead of breaking it.

Of course it does have 30 minutes left on it.

Word of caution, I wouldn't jump into conclusions until higher volumes come in to play (this may only happen during London session).

There are *a lot* of contracts waiting to be filled at certain key prices, we have to observe PA and see who "won" the battle. I won't say where they are waiting, it's my "secret" (or not )

Until then, we're in a consolidation(aka sideways) area.

It's a waste of time trying to figure out where this is going with such low volumes.

I remain neutral until we reach those +1000 contracts levels.

My personal opinion is below parity in few months then 1.6000 next year. However, expecting a 400 pip upward move between now and 1.2300 level, most probably around 1.2500. That is why have started buying now but will try to keep my average buy near 1.2500. After this spike of 400 pips, will wait at the sidelines to see if market goes south to confirm my below parity bias. But this is just my own thinking and may not occur.

Watch the breakout on either side of the triangle for direction. If new lows are made we should see a further drop as many stops are being placed underneath the pattern.

Maybe up in next couple of days. Before learning about Japanese -12.5% GDP fall, was expecting it to break 1.3100 level up. But things are very uncertain at the moment.

kentashiburo - Quite frankly, not a whole hell of a lot in terms of outcome. Basically, the underlying thought seems to be -

"World - you got us into this mess, USA, now get us out of it."

"USA - we'd love to, but although we have a broad understanding of what needs to be done, we're a little short on the details at the moment."

"World - OK. Keep us posted."
