If the financial sector is not restored to health, and enduring recovery won't be possible, so more steps should be taken to fix the system. Emerging countries need plans for limiting the risk of bank runs. Commodity prices are unlikely to recover as long as global activity is slowing. Increased protectionism could undermine recovery.

.2890 is a barrier that will need to be broken before a further up move. i'm still short from .2880 with a stop at .2910. i made a bundle this week by shorting from .3020 area and got out at .2800 when i saw that it wasn't wanting to move down to my original TP at .2750. i now think it might be ready to make the move but i could be wrong.
