I've posted a very simple chart outlining support and resistance. These are lines that we use to give us a clue as to how the price will react when it reaches a previous point. Generally resistance or support is strong or weak based on how many times the price has reacted to it. The more times it reacts, the stronger line.

I don't want to sound disrespectful, but you really need to do some homework. S&R is very basic stuff and is one of the first things you will learn. If you are asking these sorts of questions now, you will lose money.

There really is no shortcut to this unfortunately. Some people on this thread are very intelligent traders (not me!) and talk in what appears to be a different language at times. My advice for what its worth is to learn the basics first.

I don't use head and shoulders any more. I only use shoulders, as most of the hair on my head has fallen out :o

I am personally expecting it to retrace up a bit in ABC with this being C up. Then a fall through the neckline with a retest before I short it. I am looking at a 175-200 fall if it goes.
