Dislikedwhat do you meam?
we have seen a number of life trades in this thread?Ignored
DislikedI mean if you are not aware of what was said in post #65 then this wil look a hell of a lot better in backtest than it actually is.Ignored
DislikedI think I misunderstood you in your first post. The problem was in drawing lines and using multiple stochs on one screen, which was discouraged by the system creator. As far as backtesting, I have been using the time of the crossover occurring and it seems to work just fine, it doesn't alter the results at all. I'm not sure what you mean by the backtesting looking better it actually is?Ignored
DislikedI just mean that if you use the #MTF stock showing the 4 hour in the 30 min chart, then you might be in for a surprise.
I know my previous post came out a bit harsh. It came out a good bit more harsh than i ment it too be.
I agree, I think it's a fine system if you use it as the creator said.
The only thing I don't like is the exits, but that is a problem I generaly have. I want to ride the trends as long a possible, but when is to long?Ignored

DislikedJust a few thoughts of what I have found!
does anyone have their own wisdom they would like to add!
- Forex is great but you trade at your own risk! Not mine!
- Find a good honest broker that doesn’t bet against you-I use OANDA
- Candles work- I don’t think they should! I don’t know why they do - they just do!
- The more tools you use the more you lose! One or two is lots-really!
- Multi-Time frames are the key to trading forex.
- The higher the time frame the easier it is to see the trend & so trade.
- Use lower time frames as for buy & sell signs.
- Learn as much as you can from anywhere you can.
- KISS works best ( keep it simple smarty)
- Follow the trend- till you can don’t trade!!!
- Follow your trading plan- till you can don’t trade!!!
- Learn to draw Trend lines - Support & Resistance & Channels- Its money in the bank.
- You will have loses – So have a stop loss always - I use 35 pip SL.
- Don't be the 1st one to the party- Don't be the last one to leave the party.
- You don't have to get every "pip-pip" to have fun
- EUR/USD, USD/JPY, USD/CHF, EUR/JPY Are the easiest to trade and in that order
- Price is a false mistress- momentum is a faithful wife!!

DislikedHadry, I used to use Fibs and Murrey Math myself. The thing about them is they work great..... until they don't!!! I'm sure you know what I mean. Especially Murrey. I've never found them to be reliable at all!
Basically it is a very simple way of clearly marking no trade zones as well as trade zones.Ignored
DislikedI just wanted to say that Tebs was right when he said the "Big Dogs" use only 1 or 2 tools.
What I may introduce here shortly is part of a system actually used in a trading system by a "Major" financial institution.
I cannot reveal it in it's entiretly, but I can share the biggest/ best part of it.

DislikedTeb,
I want to thank you for unselfishly sharing such a successful method with everyone here. Most would keep this under wraps.
I have ALWAYS been a fan and used multiple time frames in my own trading. However, if you dont know what your doing you can easily confuse yourself as each time frame will tell a different story. I myself had this problem... I have also ALWAYS been a huge fan of Slow Stoch's. They are by far, in my opinion, the best tool available to us as traders.
Teb, I want to personally thank you as you have taught me something very valuable. That is the mesh of the Daily/4hr/30min time frames. I was one of the confused with which TF's to monitor. Since the creation of this thread it is no longer a mystery and sooooo simple!
If you need help editing your ebook let me know. My grammar isn't half bad.
Thanks again,
