I believe that we go up at 09:00 NY Time and then down again.
I think that this is the preparation for the short of the big institutions..

Thats true of all brokers when trading live. I heard IBFX are the worst for re-quotes as an ECN operates differently than the market-makers.
Fills are always instantaneous with demo accounts, lulling you into a false sense of security. If you ever watch a demo and a live acount with the same broker, it is very interesting to say the least.
I use a script for quickness and sometimes I have to do it again and again. Its particularly prevalent around news releases. I've heard some serious stories of brokers ripping off clients (its enough to make you quit), but I've had very few problems with Alpari I have to say.

I would be interested if others have a different opinion, but hope this helps.

If EURUSD <1.2828 AND USDCHF> 1.1613
then Short EURUSD and long USDCHF

Hello everyone, top of the morning to you.

This beast needs to make it down to 1.2325 and it's been lolly-gagging long enough. We had a close below the extreme low a few candles back. This is a strong sign of continuation. If she can retrace to 2909, this would be a great place to get short, or add to existing positions. I am watching for a bounce off my fib or my RSI trendline.

Too much talk about US leading out of ressession...our economy is broken beyond comprehension. If the world is waiting for us, they better lower their expectations as to what a recovery is.

Along with the US leadership dialog is the idea that the USD is the "safe" place...I just don't buy it. All those players short teh Euro, are going to be covering their asses over the near term...no one is going to want to be left holding the bag.

Risk reward for me is in higher lows, and higher highs, not in lower lows....

You make a good point. There really is no logic, or recipe for reviving our economy. The only thing the US can do is work to make people believe we are the best investment. Right now we are basically screaming "Invest in us because we cannot fail!" Will it work? We'll see.

Really the only hope is alternative energy technology. We have wasted so much time with sucking the world economies dry with a fossil fuel based energy policy, milking every last dollar from the consumer. What we should have been doing is developing etchnology we can sell that offers competitve alternatives. At least some alternative, even if it isn't competitive, now. If we put efforts into manufacturing design and development, I can assure you alternative energy can be affordable. Hence the new approach in US. Problem is it might be too late. all the good tech is in other countries.
