The recent up channel on the H4 indicates a retracement down. I suppose it depends on the close of this current candle.

Alpari, GMT+1 will close in 1 hour and if it stays around the same shape, we could be looking at a shooting star, which is reliable on the larger TFs as a pre-cursor to a bearish move.

We will see

I thought you were going to take a break from the markets?

The markets are always here, but we can not always be in sync with them. When I find myself battling the markets, I close down for the day at least and try to get my head back in the game slowly.

Many times we have subconscious biases about market direction, and the time away allows us to come back with a fresh view. Don't worry if the market turned and went in the direction you were trading. Start fresh.

Not to worry, it happens to us all. PA has been stuck in a range for the last half hour so. I would not like to call this now.
Don't be tempted to get revenge on the market (also note to self). I lost a weeks worth of pips last Thursday doing just that. Adding to losing positions. Unbelievable how stupid I was.
