I was around with alg's blog way before i signed up to here even though i've used this site a long time, and like i said not that i blame him for charging he did the work and hes making the calls but he mentioned SEVERAL times and also once RIGHT before the site came out that it was going to be free, then as soon as it launched it was pay. And this price is very fair but i'm also with the other guy I dont want signals i'm looking to learn, and I am not making money or have a big enough acct. to justify paying someone this even though it is very fair compared to others. I'm still in learnig stages.

Just last week, ALG still said the new website would be "free"!

For MONTHS he's been talking how he doesn't need the money and he spent all last week asking for everyones opinion and he did opposite of what people suggested.............some are brand new, some are using micro accounts, I'm happy with his calls but 147.00/mo is a little rediculous and i agree when someone gets burned he'll find out the subscription service is not worth it. That he should have charged people a flat fee that covers the cost of running a website that is not near 147.00 a month per person to do that.

And why am I paying to get signals for scalping which I do not even do?? I'm disgusted, alot of single mothers who have thanked him profusely when a woman with a micro account has made an extra 75.00 that week. Now he wants to take 2 weeks of earning every month from her. Classy dude!!!


This is a disaster waiting to happen. I've lost respect for him, you don;t tell people FREE, FREE, FREE for many months and then...BAM charge them for it.

If he does not charge, how is he gonna make up for his losses?

Lets see ALG gives trade calls for however long............
ALG doesn't tell anyone how it works exactly..........
ALG now starts his business and asks for money...........
If you are dependent on ALG to get into a trade, and out of a trade. Shame on you.

i apologize that this is off topic. do any live traders here pay income tax at years end on profits generated? i understand brokerages require us to file a income tax form, but has any one paid their taxes?

Of course. It's one of the burdens of making money.Think of it as a privilege and our patriotic duty.In a nut shell:- if you are paying taxes, you're making money.

I don't think what ALG does is scalping but I like to how I can get a lot of single moms to thank me.

That is what I say - a big to anyone who can turn what they know into a business: trading and/or signal service if they so wish. Me, I am just happy to trade for me, myself and I.

has any one expereinced the consequences or know the consequences of not paying taxes?
under our constitutional rights and amendments, i can not find one statement that says that WE ARE REQUIRED TO PAY TAXES. hence it does say we are required to file for a tax form...

If you only trade spot, broker will not sent 1099 to IRS. You are still liable for taxes on gains but you are on the honor system. If you trade forex futures, then the broker will send a 1099 to the IRS. Brokers do not and will not get involved in tax matters, other than sending 1099 if you trade futures, nor will brokers require you to file any tax forms. They will tell you to get the advice of a tax professional.

trade spot as in scalping and dealing with otc trades? trade spot? sorry, big terms for newbie is not clicking. may you please explain?
