Hi, everyone! I have been in FF and real fx world for 4 months now. Never asked any questions, coz all answers are here in FF allready. Never answered questions, coz dont feel confident enoughf. Anyway. I am wondering who was against Soross shorts? Real business (manufacturers), Central Bank, market makers? And how he closes his shorts? If he uses ECN, then he might not find other side/half for such a big lot. May be all he needs is Central bank to step in to change amount of pounds in market? Any idea?

Although my 1.3035 entry order cancelled, it's encouraging to see it hit teh pivot and react bullish.

Chart - not always guaranteed, but lately been playing out. Hourly is little more indicative and useful.

Good day to all. Just to recap...my previous analysis talked about Eur/Usd undergoing correction after the 2763-3328 rally (wave 1/A). It must have been tense for those who shorted the pair from the minor corrective "b" wave that I mentioned previously as price reached as high as 3327 but was unable to break above wave "a". I am reluctant to call it a double top mainly due to the structure of the price movement forming the head. If you notice in other cases this sort of pattern is made of sharp rallies and abrupt turn near the head. In this case it was a struggle to get up to the 'supposed neckline' for the right shoulder of this inverse pattern. Anyway, the H&S pattern is not well defined enough and it makes more sense to me to continue with the EW counts while it is still valid.

In fact we then found wave "c" of the correction ending near the 50% retracement level of the larger wave 1/A. The sharp reaction from 3026 suggests the next rally may be underway as long as this low remains intact. Going long now is a risky strategy but given the prospect of reaching the next important resistance at 3500 and possibly as far as 3890 over the next few days/weeks, it is worth considering purely from risk:reward ratio. A drop below 3026 would negate this bullish view and indicate further consolidation is due before the breakout. If this analysis turns out to be true and some of us miss the first wave of the larger wave3/C, you can take a chance as soon as the second corrective wave of 3/C is complete later.
