H1 in an uptrend

M15 pulledback below the 7/21, kept above the 50

M5 closed above the 50 and the 7/50 crossed up.

Upon continuation, the M15 closed above resistance, above the ma's, and CCI went positive.

Nice low risk trade with good r:r

I am thinking long at 1.3100, given it reaches there. Since that area was previous s/r. But Im not sure how much more up it can go. Any ideas?

Blast over 1.34 seems feasible, the 20 the 60 and the 100 SMA are all kind of converging here (edit: on daily); news could change everything though.

More talk about china selling treasuries...that could really start some dollar selling, but can't assume all that. If I wanted to go on a limb, I might say that china could theoretically have bought tons of commodities futures and deliberately drive down the dollar to bank on investment appreciation. They are basically running the show now.

Not playing EURO due to excess volatility and resulting risk to downside, but I am thinking if there is another wave of dollar selling, the move may have some legs. Don't want to seel too soon, but who really knows what will happen?

The funds, which will be via a Govt affiliated bank, will only be offered to firms while fund raising conditions are hard due to the market turmoil. At first glance, the announcement is expected to provide another boost to improving risk appetite, with the [NIKKEI] to be watched closely this afternoon after it closed up 3.49% at 7950.07 in the morning session. 02:31 GMT - Adding to the job woes, [IBM] sent layoff notices to more than 2,800 people in its sales and software groups in the US last week according to an article in the WSJ. The rpt has stoked fears that domestic job cuts at the technology giant may be more significant than it has signaled, and follows Microsoft's recent announcement to cut up to 5,000 jobs, and Texas Instrument's move to lay off 3,400 jobs, or 12% of its workforce.

The [STG/YEN] holds above 124.00 this morning after strengthening from the 120.71/25 lows yesterday. The topside is capped around 125.00, and with the lower dips, whether the pair can further rise through the ceiling and ideally fill the quick decline zone from 135 would be watched. Severe situations would remain unchanged despite Barclays' optimistic view yesterday (US banks' share prices down), and downside risk would remain unchanged.

Eur up, and Gbp is poised to make even better...

My h1 trend continuation just hit... pullbacks should be good around the h1 ma's... will be looking for entry on m5 and m15 for limited risk.

Whether he sees one or not. Whenever someone talks with such certainty, I want to know what crystal ball they're using. Maybe he knows something I don't...

when looking the chart it showing uptrend due to high strength on RSI,ADX,MACD, but what make it downtrend? that the keys. any people can explained that?

I have order in for 1.3080 on this pair. Over next 12 hours, might correct to there, not going to chase this pair right now. closed small long from 1.3180 too soon, and switched to AUD and closed that too, looking for entry maybe around .6582-92

Not willing to short it, but using 4 hour as possible long indicator for above entries. Longs from here equally risky, but possibly very rewarding. All depends.

I don't even get that deep, but I could say eur/usd will hit 1.60 again too... or i could say it would hit 1.18, and I could be right on both, just on different deadlines...

Now, so far and short term, we've hit top of 5m channel and also 15m one, so we could go to 1.3160-80(channels middle) before London opening... and then News will come and the dice will be thrown again. I'm off to sleep, almost 4am here spent most night repairing my laptop... #"$!#"$
