It looks like it is time to jump on trend up and collect 200-300 pips. Sure I could be wrong and am ready to switch down. Seems like some of You already joined the ride up.

For now I think it will go up because of triangle breakout...

We've made the first higher low, in what will hopefully be a long series of higher lows. I'm long from 89.99. (It was the pseudo-bullish engulfing pattern on the daily chart on Friday that caused me to jump on board.)

Took an intra-day short on USD/JPY at 90.69 break. Next resistance 90.07, 89.88, 89.53. We'll see...

On H1 there is still space to go up and possible there is flag formation + 32,2 Fib + previous resistance/(maybe now) support line...

May have been this... or a combination of all of them.

Dollar/Yen – Price action in the pair has been quite aggressive this morning with the yen showing rapid appreciation over the past hour, dropping off from 90.15 to just below 88.00 thus far. Equity and commodity related activity shows no real explanation for the move. However, the moves could be flow related with rumors circulating that a very large US investment house has been on the offer from 90.15, selling well over $500M. The downside break is significant with the price now clearing the previous platform base at 88.45 (15Jan low) which had been propping the pair over the past several days. The 88.45 level also coincided with the 78.6% fib retracement off of the 87-15-94.60 move and the break back below the latter now ends any recovery prospects in favor of a full retracement back towards next support by the key 87.15 trend lows.
