i would go back and check your charts and read through everything, looked to be a good amount of buyers in the 1.3000-1.3050 area...could be wrong but that was my take on it this morning. good pips too ya

I think we can talk about 1.29 level next week.
Right now, 1.31's are the good looking ones.

1.3100 would be a good area to buy to test 1.3200.

My take on the 30min eur/usd chart. As always, nothing set in stone and I could be wrong.

Just my thoughts. We just watched large amounts of money do nothing today, so I for one (maybe the only one) will look for 20/30 pip scalps until we leave this 5 minute chart

Here is my view, only follow who wish, I think I do not need to ensure this.

Weekly Gann line touched to the pip at 1.3026.
I see a possible false break of this line tomorrow, if not false so will continue its drop next week, I see then 1.2500.

I have other H4 Chart with two important levels to break:1.3000/1.2960.
Possible to see a false break of these lines and a Range around it, 1.2760/1.3260 to decide then what next move!!

Remember my M30 chart, so I see a possible up move soon, that chart RSI has no more room for Divergence, so or we are going to drop in next couple of hours to see a new line touch and then see if will hold to start thinking about open longs or will not hold and that for me it is a sign that it wants to drop at least more 300 pips.

Will we see a nasty and fast 1.30 Break?
Maybe!!

Resuming:
Trend is down, why try to pick the bottom!!

Good morning folks

considering the volatility around rate news i had shutdown and gone to sleep.

i consider this prudent since i am trading client funds in managed accounts and cannot i repeat cannot let any loss happen.

now since the currency has stabilized i will start normal trading once again.

my first outlook here is that, ecb may reduce further to 1.75% during the year 2009, so for this reason we should see further declines into 1.3 / 1.25 areas.

The next important rate decision by ecb will be in march as trichet explained in his webcast.

now as far as trade for today is concerned, i will avoid long trades for the time being and look forward to sell tops around 3157 area, depending on what the charts throw at me.

I hope you had a nice rest. I know you have your susu pills for longs but do you have any saltpeter for shorts?

Seriously though was your post above meant to say ranging market? If that was what you meant, do you see a hard top and hard bottom?
