Jim predicted he is waiting for the break of the consolidation line and down we go.Yes that's just a perfect setup we went through the consolidation line and down we go.I think patient is the key here and following the daily thread will make picking the right trade.

I think you will find that the main contribution to this action was due to the euro rate cut at 12;45

So far the Expert Advisor has been, like the system, a no-brainer. Tweaked by price action, it is a sure winner so far and should be worth it's weight in gold. I have it running on a Micro account for 2 days starting at $200 and it's up to $222. Now that may not sound like much, but if anyone is familiar with a micro account they will know right away that this is a good profit. FYI to readers:

Subject pair has given a potential trade setup (not thrilled with the time of day however). My resting orders are:

Long-
Buy Stop @ .6685
S/L @ .6635
T1 (M3) @ .6708
T2 (NPP) & DTL @ .6750
Poor R/R

Short-
Sell Stop @ .6638
S/L @ .6670
T1 (M2) @ .6603
T2 (today's dojis) near .6550
R/R 1:1

Trending short.

Gold slightly up for today.

My bias: short (profit taking from US session rise & 2200 morning star )

Update:

Stopped out of short for -30.

Currently still in long at +30 with S/L moved to BE.

Jim...I started from £200 in my account....know how difficult it was.

and the profit EA made - simple AMAZING...it should be ~ 150 PIPS a day!!!

Market in a lull, be carefull. Needs to come out of its doldrums. If any, try Yen pairs.

Looks likes the TP seems to be a modest 10 pips or so. But overall very rewarding.

When consolidation starts, draw a line at the top and bottom. We were bitten a bit and may have lost a little confidence. This will happen, stay focused. Remember, if you can't pull a good fib, or if there is always a PP in the way, the market is telling you something. Stay out.

Watching 2 pairs right now and both don't have the slightest idea where they are going. I drew Triangles to show the whittling down effect as I call it. I am waiting for a break one way or another. Be carefull of the IB near the top of the triangle. This still represents resistance and falls in line with the rules. Notice when fibs are pulled the price hit the 38% level and that was it.
