Is there anyone familiar with the xtick template that Rob Booker uses for his Arizona Rules Trading ?? And is there a way to make the same template for MT4 ???

Im taking his course also and its truely great. I'd love to see how to make the bars coloured in oversold and undersold times. Xpaint is the feature in Xtick and im not sure if possible in MT4
