Please see attached. The recent intraday up move of the pairs are halted by the sliding parallel of the Downward sloping fork.

Nope..These days we are in trending mkts...if the mkt goes ranging..it is more diff to trade...U better get ready for that kind of mkt too...

Hi Eternalrealm,

Attached is my screenshot of a bearish divergence. Take a look at the red arrow, you can see price make a higher high while the Stochastic make a Lower High thus it tell me that a divergence is forming. If you gonna make a sell, this setup will support your entry point. However, you must still need to have other confirmation before you place a trade. Always use fibo to plot it on the last swing so that you can roughly gauge where price will be heading.

Pls note, the screenshot is an EXAMPLE I'm not asking you to short Euro

Here's are some steps which i do every morning (Asian time)

1) Draw TrendLine on H4
2) Plot fibo on the major swing on H4 or fibo on ytd high/low if current is still within the range.
3) Take note of some Price Action (Hope you know what is price action)
4) Avoid trading during asian time as it hardly move the market.
5) Check out calendar for major news and do not open any trade before 30mins of news released.

The above are what i practise and it is for your reference only. Hope it helps you to become a better trader

Care full with ur SHort(new position)...and too early for Long too(cautious Long if u must)....

I see Dollar Bull is abit slowered...as Oil is trying hard to make a come-back...as u know Oil and USD are opposite proportinal..

I concur, looks like there are some long setups in the making of the Eur/Usd and Gbp/Usd. Looks like bottoming on an intraday basis?

So far, it's a bullish posture, let's see if the depicted Butterfly will transpire into a bull move....Take care.

P/S This is NOT a recommended long or short; just my way of looking at thing; though I am still on my long positions.
