Euro Falls on Speculation ECB Will Lower Rates as Europe's Economy Slows The euro fell for a second day against the dollar on speculation the European Central Bank will lower interest rates to combat a recession.
I think it might break the 1.38 line on bad economic data that will be published later on this week. I doubt that it will break it today, but you can never know

Actually 1h charts should look the same all around the globe. The only problem is if the sunday data (New Zealand) is not covered by the broker.
