Totally agree with you on this. I mean I don't want to discuss political issue on here but I have to chime in. Most everyone blame Bush for this financial fiasco we are going thru. How come NO ONE thank him when they cash big on their home equity line of credit .....or when they buy the home of their dream with NO money down and NO credit. Don't blame bush. Blame the GREED of the BANK EXECUTIVES, CEOs, ALL OF THE GREEDY INVESTORS, MORTGAGE BROKERS AND REALTORS whom all cashed in on the housing boom and RAN. Now we all suffer and everyone blame BUSH. He did not write the loan for you to buy the house, the mortgage broker did. He did not inflate the price of the home knowing it is not worth that much, the appraiser and realtor did. Why? Because of their greed to make $$$. Yet NONE thank Bush for it. Enough said about that.

Now for the Ala-OBAMA-god-to-be. Just hold off all the praise! Jeez, even I can turn this country around. I mean WE ARE AT THE BOTTOM FOLK......CAN'T GO ANY LOWER, HELLO BOTTOM! So doesn't matter who in the office, it is destin to turn around.....CAUSE IT CAN'T GET WORSE THAN THIS. So I would not praise the OBAMA-God like many of you worship. It is his destiny to be a shining star at the right time. I wish McCain has won because we all blame the Rep for getting us in trouble, they should deserve the credit to get us out. And they will if they were elected. Like I mention, anyone in office will only get this country better and not worse.

or a good place to sell haha. hour chart has a large downward move followed by a head and shoulders acending followed by a small upward tail which is where it is currently and usually it would then go down but these are not ususal times.

this is where we are at. and it will not be fixed fot yrs maybe decades..we just paid off the spanish american war 2 yrs ago.. that was mostly mules and horses....at the turn of the centry... over 100 yrs after we fought it...

so i blame Mark Furman for the economy.... he did it in the library with the candlestick.. if the glove dont fit you must equit..

there's a name from the past - he's in North Idaho now (with his kind) and a local radio station in Spokane hired him as a conservative talk show host (go figure) - glad I moved to Portland, Or.

yep im no child left behind.... im investiing..

eur isnt moving at the moment so might as well enjoy the view till then. im mister sunshine.. i mean think about the situation.. it could be worse.. we could have a dust bowl like storm...so we all should be thankful..

I know I am I just got into real estate under the asumption that things will get better. I work for a builder so I have inventory to sell hence dont have to go out to find listings. And I get to pip all the live long day. I am very greatful.

at the end of bush seniors last term we had a bunch of banks fail. the gov started a company call resolution trust corporation RTC anyway i was able to buy houses for as little as 100 bucks each.. im just a small fish but big people and corps with money bought stuff for pennies on the dollar.
