hi justin i have a problem with my fx pro...

ever since i install the new navigator version 12 everytime i submit an order thru fx pro it hangs...

is there a newer version of fx pro or something?

We would never interfere with clients by "cutting the connection", that is almost absurd to even suggest.

If you get disconnected, double click on the one of the small red lights in the top right corner of your platform and this should reconnect you immediately.

Do you have a firewall in place? Is this demo or live?

Have you called our office so that we can trouble shoot the issue with you?

Have you tried uninstalling the EFX Pro and reinstalling it?

The new version of the pro is coming out shortly.

Let me know about the reinstall.

still hangs...ever since i install the new navigator i cant use the fx pro...hangs

hope the new version will come out soon...and indicate the pips gain/loss on the position window...

Just put the new version up...no changes, but works with the new Nav upgrades.

I too was having trouble with the ForexPro, but talking to Justin on the phone, The instructions were to uninstall both the forex pro and the navigator, then reinstalling them, they are working normal again.

Unsure why some are still having troubles.
Be sure to completely uninstal the old version.

not good...after unistall and reinstall back both the navigator and the fxpro it still hangs....

it hangs when i want to open or close position
OK I tried to load DEMO and when I try to setup it keep asking for some kind of NET program. Can anyone give me please working link to this NET program?
Or is there some more simple way around it?

same story with the platform , discnnect continuosly. i talked with them and changed server but it is the same...........ok i am talking of real account....

ok i found out the new navigator version 12 if you install u cant use the fxpro
I'm having the same issues. I can't get into Navigator at all and when I place an order in FXpro, it immediately hangs. I have to restart it to make sure my order went through. I've de-installed both navigator and pro and re-installed more than once, but no luck! Very frustrating.
