He gave the green light but brought the market to a skreeching hault. I don't think no one knows where the market is going. May have to wait and see what the Dow does

Most institution trader may have taken off 4 Xmas break with their families that's why the slow in movement.

My stronger dollar outlook for the mid-short term remains in tack. I think we could see a bit of ranging but mostly to the downside. More hawkish rhetoric from Mr. Trichet could lead us a little higher, but it is my belief that we have seen a high for a bit at least. I will be cautiously shorting the rises, and longing the bigger dips. For those of you shooting for 1.3200; I think that is an easy near-term target to reach. I have shorts at 1.3100, 1.3600, 1.4200. and will hold all for another run at the 1.20's. Again, always stay on the defense. Trade with caution. Good luck and happy trading.

This will probably increase the value of USD, we'll see if the EU will continue to 50% Fib level. I'm eager to see how the market will react to this.

50 will be hard and will wip through 100 pip ranges so not for the faint of heart.
