daily bearish shooting star for aus/usd ?
wait a few hours.

Most importend, where this shooting star appears:

near a 100 % fibo level !

watch out for geppy for new historical lows.

I mean far below 130.

Price is just sitting on the monthly tom demark support, if this breaks:

free fall.

TNX bullish reversal is not successfull today (atm).

agreed, this gives us all pretty good entrys to go with the main trend.

USD/CHF might have a nice bullish hammer.

Iám very very happy, that this boring ranging from the last weeks
seems to be over.

Lets wait and see for pattern and new targets in a few hours after
daily close.

I ´ll have a look at the yen index then

Hi baby trader, sure I remember you.

Sorry, but I have not hussins´s email adress, I just communicate
with him via FF message system. I think he is online often only, but not posting much, because he is online with a modem (56 k) at the moment. He might get a adsl connecion soon, and post more regular in this thread. Just patience. Feel free to ask in this thread, others might learn from the questions and answers.

the dollar index turns bullish. the yen index has a daily top.

A good chance for the usd/jpy :

On usd/jpy we see a bullish engulfing candle at the bottom (?) of a trend.

Hello everybody, lets have a look at some daily and weekly candles:

The daily shooting star has played out nicely on the eur/usd:

But I don´t think, this is done, it might consolidate a bit between
1,42 - 1,39, but depending on the news on monday morning, the eur/usd
might fall soon to 1,36 or 1,34 area.

Over all, this is a good short opportunity on daily timeframe.

The eur/jpy weekly candle is indicating a nice bearish preasure.
If we look at the daily candlechart, we see a shooting star,
followed by a bearish engulfing candle.

I have read, that the fed might have intervention plans,
for example buying Treasuries. In this case, there might
be irritating price action next week.

I see eur/jpy as a very good short opportunity at the moment.

The weekly candle chart for geppy has missed the chance for a bullish reversal.

After the neutral high wave candle the week before, last weeks candle
was a confirmation of the bearish pressure.

I`am not sure, if we see a deeper low then 130 before christmas, but
I think, we will see new fresh lows in the first 2 month 2009, ~120 is a nice target for end of january.

The british pound is not saved

Look at this nice weekly GU candle, indicating selling pressure,
BUT there is a lot of support from the past.

This will be an interisting development for GU, short targets are
1.47, 1.46, 1.435. But this might take a lot of time.

GBP still very bearish and targets are much lower IMHO.

A serious warning signal for the bulls on the
daily usd/jpy chart:

after the bullish engulfing candle at the end (?)
of a downtrend, we see a candle on friday which
is....well ...it is not a bullish candle. Normaly the
result of a bullish engulfing candles has to be a nice
bullish move, so I watch an wait, maybe this goes up a bit,
to give a better short entry.

Notice the yellow line, the trend is down

very nice drop for the GBP

as long as this crisses will hold, it´s shorting the tops.

And I think (based on fundamentals) this crisses will last
much longer then a few weeks or month.

eur/aud has a weekly shooting star. With a bearish eur
this might be a good short opportunity, but the aud is
still in trend

Remember weekly candles are much more powerfull
then lower timeframes. I will wait and observe this pair.

Often I have done this kind of forecast, and target was reached within 24 hours.
