accelerator oscillator and awesome oscillator are indicators which look for trend.

Knowing the direction is great, but how do you know when you are at the beginning of a trend or at the end?

It doesn't matter where I am. System can be used by monkey. And this is the essence of it whether you like that kind of trading or not. These are results from yestarday:

eurusd long 1.3448 // closed 01.41 @ 1.3693 / +248
audusd short .6671 // closed 01.41 @ 0.6744 / -73 (wrong entry)
usdjpy short 90.88 // closed 01.41 @ 90.49 / +39
audjpy short 60.61 // closed 01.42 @ 60.44 / +17
gbpchf short 1.7601 // closed 01.42 @ 1.7678 / -77 (wrong entry)
usdchf short 1.1726 // closed 01.42 @ 1.1580 / +156
eurgbp long 0.8963 // closed 01.42 @ 0.8891 / -72 (with 79pips of sl order would be still going but close would have been exactly at be. Regardless of two different histograms that appeared today I would have left it for next day.)

What do you mean by "wrong entry" in the preceding post? Do you mean losing trade, or just that you incorrectly entered a trade?

Hey Dupek,

I also use AC and AO, but in a way that's a little different but seems to be more effective than 50%. I also use stoch along with it and a 14sma filter. You can check out my journal if you'd like:

gbpchf short 1.7701 // closed 1.7452 / +249
usdchf short 1.1575 // closed 1.1189 / +386

eurusd long 1.3694 // closed 1.4061 / +367

TOTAL: +1193

Far more than 1000pips in 24h. Do you still think it's a bad system?

I'm curious to know what your floating drawdown was while trading this. Because I know December to be a relatively thinly-traded month
