i believe there is going to be up trend to 1.37225 before a downward retrace to 1.3592

hey there everyone, just thought i'd share my view on this pair for tomorrow.

Imho we will not go higher than 1.38 tomorrow and here are the reasons why.

Resistances:
1.3740-50 area is 38.2 fib level ( from double top in june 1.6 area to lows of october (1.2320 area)

another resistance comes in at 1.3780 area ( white line on the chart) as you can see eur was sold off at this level back in october.

And last but not least euro appreciated by 1200 pips since double bottom on 4th of december without any meaningfull pullback and it didnt even happen that often in bull market.

so my projection for tomorrow is that it will rise to afromentioned resistance levels (will short at 3750 and will add another one at 3780) and will probably pullback to where it is now and maybe lower but i expect tomorrow to be boring ranging day.

Edit: forgot to add if we see ranging market tomorrow then we could go down to test that downward trendline before going up again.

10 month average pivots.. food for thought.. looks a little bullish to me. and it is already above the 10 week average r3... but dont follow me. follow your own charts.. im a long termer mostly. and would like to see a strong move above 1.3800 with steam.. the even longer trend is up. we are at march 2007 levels now. the last 5 months may of just been a pullback..
