I have to say that i'm 80%+ biased for long now, inverse head and shoulders forming on 1H chart and price going up as we speak... BUT not yet 100% sure..

Entered a long position @ 1.33600 that i'll manage manually until it decides where it goes.

dow/ s&p500 just broke through key support levels which may mean this was a headfake on eur/usd..careful pippin all or dont pip at all...personally im flat and will remain so for the day


Edit: stock market retreated quickly off key supports...heh quite the battle this friday after a hectic week...final hour will determine all

e/u may drop 200 pips few minutes before market is closing, nobody wants to hold longs over the weekend on these levels, I guess, but of course, everything is possible.

The DJI is trying to make a new high though at the moment.. the daily pivot is holding price back though at the moment and possible double top forming on 15M chart.. still could break either way..

DJI has been bouncing from weekly to daily pivot for last couple of hours..

EDIT: Then again the correlation isn't what it used to be.. with EU and DJI.. GY on the other hand.. it will more likely
make a larger move with the DOW

PS DOW just broke up above resistance

At the moment... and most of the day... for that matter most of the week...my fund buddies tell me this pair is being artificially propped up by some large names.

They don't know why.

You can see the trendline on the 15 minute.

Notice it hasn't come off yet?

Bank traders refusing to let it move south.

What a week for Euro with nice correlation with the Us$index. This week was all about the bull, and hope you all gained good profit from it. I am off till next year.

They did a decent job at taking my money yesterday.. If i only had of been watching the 15 Min chart and the clean bounces off of the 20/21 MA I might have thought twice about shorting the "top"

Price still seems to be having a hard time getting above 134 ish

1.3405 -134.14 area seems to be tough resistance so far.. but looks like we may be heading for retest now.. if we can get over 1.3380

final post for today. as things currently stand i see 3 possibilities coming next week.

1)a massive M in the making (reversal pattern which is 400pips in the making from top to bottom which creates the possibility for another 400pip drop

2)if the high gets decisively broken...next target is possibly 1.3735 (38.2% retracement from 1.6)

3) gap up or gap down which may lead to confusion or a continuation of this range between 1.33 and 1.34

On that note..have a nice weekend all...i am out of here
