Nobody can be sure where this crisis is going or what will be the ultimate outcome. However, the important point here is to protect your wealth against deflation and subsequent hyperinflation.

Well, I just can't see the whole world folding up just yet. I also can't see me going into the ice cream store and shaving a few slivers off a gold or silver bar with my pocketknife to get a hot fudge sundae. I gotta pass.

I think there is some exaggeration going on here about the dollar. It won't go to zero and to me that's obvious. The value it will hold will depend on monetary policy. Right now, we have experienced a massive destruction of wealth. Stock market, home values, etc. have gone way down during a time when the money supply barely grew. Recently, the money supply has been increasing at a staggering rate. The November year-over-year increase in the monetary base was over 75%. Sounds inflationary, yes? Maybe. It will depend on how well the reduction of the money supply is done once the economy perks up.

All i can see is opportunity. Of course they'll be some more devaluation while we spend our way out of depression but the following fiscal management will firm up values and restore confidence.

I can guarantee that we'll get the fluctuations *we* want. smells like money in the bank to me. prob in hindsight will be a time we talk lovingly about for all the action.

Ok guys, this is how I see it:

If it behaves like a bull flag and goes breaking daily high, going up half the size of the pole, it could go right on to R1 @1.34990 that is also near a fib expansion from yesterday so basicly we could get to 1.35 today, interesting figures me thinks.

All the news coming out of the US tomorrow regarding sales is supposed to be better than last month could that be the catalyst that drives the EUR down?

There hasn`t been a good consolidation yet, comparing the activity in the past few days... Even though the trend may be up, we might have to take in some consolidations...

Yes, that's what I think that is one key value around those higher highs after the daily high, and so far it hasn't happened, i'm watching 1m TF and there's some uptrend, let's see...
