If you want to ignore someone, click on their profile and you'll see a line that allows you to put that person on your ignore list. You'll never see anything they post unless you go back and remove them from your list.

It 's in the links block under the username and has a red X next to it.

The DIBS method defines the Open of the Day at 0600 GMT. I will play Inside Bars off the Open of 0600 GMT, i.e. the 0500GMT IB.

The 6 gmt is the open of the day. The 5 gmt is an IB. There are many times where the 6 gmt is an IB.
